How do I connect to my NAS? / 如何连接我的 NAS？

Open Visorium and go to the media source list, then tap "Add Source" and choose your protocol: WebDAV, SMB, FTP/SFTP, or NFS. Enter your server address and credentials to connect.

打开 Visorium，进入媒体源列表，点击「添加来源」，选择您的协议：WebDAV、SMB、FTP/SFTP 或 NFS，然后输入服务器地址和登录凭据即可连接。

Which media servers are supported? / 支持哪些媒体服务器？

Visorium supports Plex, Emby, and Jellyfin media servers, in addition to direct NAS connections via WebDAV, SMB, FTP/SFTP, and NFS.

除了通过 WebDAV、SMB、FTP/SFTP、NFS 直连 NAS 之外，Visorium 还支持 Plex、Emby 和 Jellyfin 媒体服务器。

A video won't play. What should I do? / 视频播放不了怎么办？

First, check that your device and your server are on the same network (or that your server is reachable remotely), and verify your credentials are correct. If the connection is fine, the file format may be unsupported or corrupted — try playing another file to confirm. If the problem persists, email us with the file format and server type.

请先确认您的设备与服务器处于同一网络（或服务器可远程访问），并检查登录凭据是否正确。如果连接正常，可能是文件格式不受支持或文件损坏——可以尝试播放其他文件确认。如果问题仍然存在，请发邮件告诉我们文件格式和服务器类型。

What is Visorium Pro? / Visorium Pro 是什么？

Visorium Pro unlocks unlimited media source accounts. It is available in the app as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Visorium Pro 解锁无限数量的媒体源账号，可在应用内选择月度或年度订阅，也可一次性买断终身使用。

How do I restore my purchase? / 如何恢复购买？

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

在应用内进入「设置 → 恢复购买」。请确保您登录的是当初购买时使用的同一个 Apple 账户。
